Together with the responsible and affected employees, we develop measures for improvement. For this purpose, the results of the customer's view are communicated, and the employees are integrated into the development of concrete optimization measures. This is usually done in one-day workshops, the result of which is always a list of planned actions with a schedule and responsibilities that can be implemented immediately.
